About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading team in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring a premium service experience aligned with the standards of a luxury automotive brand.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and providing solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and processes.

- Deliver a premium customer experience in line with luxury brand expectations.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.





- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and service quality.

- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Dutch (C2 level) and good English communication skills.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales.

- Experience working with luxury or premium brands is considered a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.

Work Model

- On-site position in Barcelona.

- Candidates may work remotely from Spain after the training period, but must be based in Barcelona during training.
