For our office in Costa del Sol we are searching for new Experienced Dutch-Speaking Real Estate Agents to join our team!
We provide our agents with the tools and support they need to succeed.
Our dedicated back-office team handles developments, legal matters, and administration, allowing our trained professional agents to focus on what they do best: serving our clients.

- Commission starts at 30% — simple, transparent, and rewarding from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide international clients through the home-buying process.
- Conduct property tours (virtual & in-person).
- Negotiate deals & coordinate legal formalities.
- Stay informed on the Costa del Sol real estate market.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in new build sales or experience in sales.
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish & English (Additional languages are a plus!).
- Driver’s license & access to a personal vehicle.
