Job Title: General Manager – Nordic Spa

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 gross annually (depending on experience)

Start Date: Approx. May 2025

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the operations of a new Nordic Spa opening in Barcelona. This is a unique opportunity to join from the pre-opening phase and shape a concept rooted in wellness, sustainability, and unforgettable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all spa operations, ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction

- Manage budgets, financial planning, and business performance

- Recruit, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team

- Coordinate pre-opening and launch activities

- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies

- Ensure operational compliance with health and safety regulations

- Foster a wellness-focused, eco-conscious, and inclusive work environment

- Build partnerships and drive customer acquisition





Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness operations

- Proven track record in team and project management – experience with openings is a strong plus

- Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, business development, and customer growth

- Educational background in hospitality, business, wellness, or related fields

- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Russian

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and delivering unique experiences
