Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate user-generated content in German across various platforms.

- Ensure that content complies with community guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.

- Assess the accuracy, quality, and relevance of content.

- Flag and escalate any content that violates company policies or legal standards.

- Work with the moderation team to enhance quality standards and optimize processes.

- Participate in regular training sessions and stay up to date with evolving content policies.

- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content moderation.

Requirements:

- Native or fluent in German (C1 level or higher).

- Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).

- Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.





- Basic understanding of social media and digital content platforms.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
