Mission & Job Functions
Lead the Talent Acquisition function to ensure growth, operational excellence, and strong client satisfaction through commercial ownership, team leadership, and data -driven decision making.
Job Functions
- Lead the TA hub, ensuring delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Own OKRs related to growth, sales, NPS, and performance.
- Manage key accounts with a commercial mindset, overseeing forecasts and profitability.
- Own the P&L; of the area and optimize margins and productivity.
- Define and improve recruitment processes using data, technology, and automation.
- Execute capacity planning and forecasting, allocating workloads and resources.
- Analyze metrics such as time to fill, pipeline health, and recruiter workload to improve results.
- Motivate and develop a team of recruiters through coaching and structured performance expectations.
- Build long -term client relationships as a strategic partner.
- Introduce market solutions, technology improvements, and scalable practices.
- Operate effectively in a fast -paced and uncertain startup environment.

- Proven experience leading recruitment teams, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data -driven decisions.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of leadership experience managing teams of at least four people, with strong coaching abilities and a clear focus on team motivation.
- Customer -obsessed mindset with a track record of building strong client relationships and driving engagement.
- Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and balancing recruiter workloads.
- A commercial approach similar to a Sales Area Manager, working with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly OKRs.
