- Coordinate and monitor supply chain process (China to Europe)
- Monitoring of shipments and pro-actively inform about delays of arrivals to Europe
- Coordination with Sales Operations department to promote accurate and timely processing of customer orders
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering process to find bottlenecks and other issues
- Evaluate and report based on KPI´s
- Contact point regarding transport status, delivery confirmations and delays
- Project management (Logistics part)
- Order releases management and follow-up
- Reporting (Warehouse Management system + Stock reports)
- CMR collection and Payment management
- Benchmark of transport provider / 3PL
- Support Stocktaking (twice a year)
- Updating of Logistics process documentation





- Background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in logistics required
- You analyze data and identify improvement opportunities
- Customer focus: Demonstrates service-oriented attitude under all situations
- Good collaboration and team work abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse data and understand connections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working with 3PLs and forwarders is a plus
- Hands-On Mentality
