About the Role

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Renewals Specialist to join a dynamic Cloud Solutions team in Málaga. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer renewals, maintaining long-term client relationships, and supporting revenue retention within a cloud-based solutions environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers approaching contract renewal, ensuring a smooth, proactive, and value-driven renewal experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive the renewal lifecycle for assigned customers.

- Proactively engage customers ahead of contract expiration to secure timely renewals.

- Explain product value, contract terms, and pricing clearly and professionally.

- Identify risks, address objections, and collaborate with internal teams to retain customers.

- Update and maintain accurate customer and contract data in CRM systems.





- Meet or exceed renewal targets and KPIs.

- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams.

- Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards.

Requirements

- Fluent Norwegian (C2/native level).

- English B2 level or higher.

- Previous experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales support is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
