Your Role:

- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients using our digital wallet services, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Familiarize yourself with our digital wallet platform to assist customers with their needs.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Willingness to learn about digital wallet services and related technologies.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
- Open to working in Greece and adapting to a multicultural setting!
