This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries related to cloud services, all while communicating effectively in Danish.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries regarding cloud services, subscription plans, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Provide comprehensive assistance with account setup, configuration, and usage of cloud products.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions to customer problems and improve service quality.




- Stay informed about the latest developments in cloud technology and offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service skills.

- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or cloud services industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and technical support platforms is desirable.
- Willingness to work versátil hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary. Must be open to working in Greece.
