About the Role
We are looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic team within the automotive industry. In this role, you will support customers and provide a premium service experience aligned with the standards of a luxury automotive brand.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Deliver a premium customer experience consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Flemish (C2 level) and good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is required.
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
