Key Responsibilities

- Provide top-notch logistical support to our Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Manage the coordination of shipments and track their progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping options, and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and document resolutions using our systems.
- Work closely with internal logistics teams to optimize service delivery and process efficiency.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer relevant advice to clients.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethos.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities within a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and logistics management tools is helpful.
