Business Development Consultant – Sportsbook (Remote, Europe)

We are partnering with an international provider of Sportsbook and trading technology solutions and are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant – Sportsbook. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong industry connections who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the sportsbook industry

- Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of qualified leads and partners

- Conduct outreach, pitch sportsbook solutions, and lead commercial negotiations

- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with operators and platform providers

- Represent the company in meetings and at relevant industry events

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support successful deal closures

- Manage and update sales pipelines and report on business development progress

- Support market expansion across European and international markets

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience in sportsbook or iGaming





- Strong existing network within sportsbook operators or B2B gaming environments

- Native or C2-level Russian and fluent English (C1)

- Proven ability to generate leads independently and close B2B deals

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable working in a fully remote and performance-driven role

- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and industry events

- Based in Europe
