Mission

We are looking for a proactive, agile, and results-driven Financial & Operations Manager to join our team.​

This role plays a key part in the operational and financial management of our ventures, with a strong focus on Judy.

The idóneo candidate should have a strong financial background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is a hands-on role, overseeing financial processes,



strategic planning, and administrative operations.

Job Functions

- Oversee cash flow, payments, and financial operations across ventures.

- Track expenses, manage invoices, and ensure fund availability for projects.

- Support financial analysis, modeling, and investment evaluations.

- Prepare investor presentations and financial reports.

- Optimize fund movements and financial strategies for real estate projects.

- Ensure smooth coordination of administrative and accounting processes.

- Work closely with executives and external accounting teams.
