David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Site Lead for their Valencia office.

Position: Site Lead

Location: Valencia, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee and manage operations within designated regions or markets.
- Address and manage escalations related to performance, recruitment, and other key operational areas.
- Handle escalations related to facilities, IT, telephony, and other infrastructure support functions.
- Validate and manage bonuses, staffing, and recruitment for the assigned region or market.
- Recommend and implement retention strategies to maintain high team motivation and synergy (e.g., short-term incentives, gamification).
- Lead and support team members, fostering professional development through coaching, communication, and promoting teamwork.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports to ensure performance goals are met.
- Identify performance issues and collaborate with team members to create and implement improvement plans, including corrective actions if necessary.
- Ensure that the services provided meet both operational standards and financial targets.




- Set clear expectations for employees and keep them informed of any changes or updates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for handling escalated customer issues when required.
- Supervise a team of associates, ensuring adherence to work schedules and attendance policies, while complying with legal requirements.
- Lead shift-wide initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, and key performance indicators.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (C1). Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Have at least 3 years of experience in sales, pipeline management, and proven success as an individual contributor, including at least one year in a leadership or management role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance to a team of employees.
