Your Role Will Involve:

- Sourcing and engaging with talented candidates for a variety of roles
- Conducting friendly and professional screenings in both Swedish and English
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates—your people skills are key!
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Keeping our candidate databases organized and up to date




- Providing support throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth experience
- Bringing your creative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies

- You must be fluent in both Swedish and English—let those language skills shine!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential—let's connect!
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as part of a friendly team
