Based at our headquarters in Barcelona as well as in other strategic locations around the globe, The Hotels Network team is made up of over 150 people from 35 different nationalities. To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for a Marketing Intern (starting around February 2023) to join our team based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

- Send emailing campaigns and create landing pages.
- Help out with the organization of events and webinars.




- Draft co-branded sales materials for strategic partnership initiatives.
- Proofread sales & marketing materials.
- Coordinate up-dating of sales materials in multiple languages.
- Provide support for new product launches.
- Monitor the brand's PR & social media activity.
- Assist with updating and assigning leads correctly in Hubspot.
- Compile weekly and monthly reporting of marketing activities.
- Participate in marketing meetings and provide support to the team when necessary.

Experience:

- Proficient in MS Office.
- Active Internet and social media user.
- Experience in tools such as Google Analytics, emailing automation or other web tools would be beneficial.

Soft Skills:

- Proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Keen, inquisitive and with a desire to evolve and learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team player and fun to work with.

Requirements:

- Fluent english is mandatory. French and/or german will be highly appreciated.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing or related field.
- Full time position.
- Internship must be for 5-6 months minimum and start around January/February 2023.
