In this role you drive business-management analytics and client support within Urban Science’s Client Management team. You’ll analyze dealer-network performance, guide data quality improvements, and deliver high-quality project outcomes. You’ll train clients on our software, present KPI insights, and nurture strong client relationships. This position offers hybrid work and travel to support regional dealer networks, contributing to impactful data-driven decisions.

• Track and analyze operative, financial, and statistical data to improve accuracy and quality in dealer network performance
• Provide remote and on-site support to dealer network for accounting, data input, and reporting tasks
• Present KPI results and improvement actions to stakeholders at various levels
• Train dealer network on internal software, data quality, and KPI analysis
• Develop relationships with clients to respond to inquiries and improve satisfaction




• Ensure data accuracy for assigned projects and communicate project status and results
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to status updates and conclusions
• Engage in special client projects as required
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Economics or Business Administration or similar
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• Fluent/native Spanish; intermediate English (B2-C1)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Analytical thinking for evaluating xqbhyrx dealership performance and data management
• Teamwork, initiative, and customer service orientation
• Interpersonal understanding and relationship-building
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of SQL preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
