to complement our existing strengths in teaching and research for the 2026/2027 academic year. We are looking for
several profiles
, including one specialized in teaching
Data Analysis
within the Psychology degree.
THE ROLE
The role holder will be responsible for:
Delivery of the bachelor curriculum in Psychology, in English and Spanish, according to the assigned profile (e.g., Data Analysis or other courses within the degree)
Design and development of teaching materials
Advise, direct, and mentor bachelor students
Collaboration with faculty and staff to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment
THE CANDIDATE
General requirements (applicable to all profiles):
Hold a degree in Psychology valid in Spain according to current legislation.
Hold a Research Higher Degree (PhD).




Experience of supervising and teaching students in an educational environment (1-3 years).
Experience working or interacting with students and staff from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish — reading, writing and speaking — level C1 or native.
Excellent communication, presentation and teamworking skills.
Identification with the mission and vision of UCAM.
Specific requirements for the
Data Analysis
profile:
Demonstrable training and/or experience in quantitative methods, statistics applied to Psychology, and/or research methodology.
Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Jamovi, or others).
Prior experience teaching statistics, data analysis, or methodology courses is a plus.
Preferred (all profiles): Accreditation of ANECA. xqbhyrx
THE CONDITIONS
Job Location: Murcia, Spain (100% on Campus)
Working hours: full-time or part-time, depending on the profile and the courses assigned to each candidate.
