ABOUT YOUR POSITION: Currently we are looking for a Senior Consultant MEP Engineer to join our P&DS; department, based in Madrid.
Reporting to Department Manager, the main mision of this position will be to perfome initial technical analisys of all instalations in real estate assets in order to recommend our clients optimal strategys and proposals, from a technical, planning, economic, quality and safety point of view, to execute projects in diferents buildings (industrial, HORECA, residential, etc.).
ABOUT YOUR FUCTIONS:
- Do feasibility study (technical, economic and deadlines) of projects and works.




- Develop procurement process and strategy as well as manage tendering process for project and/or construction MEP packages.
- Select suppliers and present them to the Client.
- Preparate technical specifications for tenders, receipt of bids, comparative analysis and issuing of award recommendation.
- Conduct technical due diligence and technical reports on installations and projects in general.
- Chair and moderate meetings.

WHAT WE REQUIERED:
- Industrial Technical Engineer or Graduate in Engineering of the industrial branch.
- At least 3 year´s experience in a similar position.
- At least 5 year´s experience in the construction sector.
- Knowledge of CTE and standards/regulations related to installations as RITE and REBT.
- Handle of: AutoCAD.
MS Project.
TCQ/Presto.
Microsoft Office, overall Excel and Power Point.
- Very good level of spoken and written English is essential (minimum C1).
- Competences: Work team.
Communication skills.
Leadership of multidisciplinary work teams.
Analytical skills to detect errors or possible problems.
Ability to search and propose solutions.
Client orientation.
Abality to report and transmiss information.
Judicious in conclusions and prioritisation of needs.
