Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027 – Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consist in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August is disabled for all purposes). It is a full‑time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

- You will participate in diverse decision‑making forums, being part of the multifunctional team of the operations area.

- Sought‑after leadership skills will be acquired during your internship with us.

- You will be able to learn about state‑of‑the‑art technical knowledge in the aeronautical sector.

- You will lead improvement tasks which will support the transformation project of FAL A400M.

Required skills

- Degree in Aerospace, Industrial,



Telecommunication or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

- Level B2 English.

- General knowledge in production and project management.

- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
