About the job

We are looking for an Analyst to join our People & Culture team and support data‑driven People initiatives that enhance overall experience and talent management. The role involves providing essential support across the people lifecycle and working closely with People Strategic Managers and cross‑functional teams to detect early insights and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

-

- Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation processes, provide logistical and administrative support, and conduct onboarding surveys and follow‑up conversations to surface insights.

- Policy Compliance and Documentation: Coordinate the documentation process and ensure compliance with internal policies, maintain People & Culture Confluence pages.

- Training and Development Coordination: Track mandatory training module completion, maintain accurate records, and analyze training surveys for key findings.

- Engagement and Support: Support engagement initiatives,



analyze the Annual Engagement Survey, collaborate with Internal Communication to foster People Engagement.

- Data and Reporting: Oversee and implement module workflows to optimize core, talent, and learning modules on HiBob, maintain People metrics, and prepare periodic reports with insights and trends.

Qualifications

-

- 3–5 years of experience in People Assistant, People Experience or a similar role, ideally in a remote, fast‑paced or tech‑driven environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Hands‑on experience with HR systems, ideally HiBob, including setting, navigating and reporting.

- Experience with documentation in Confluence.

- Comfort working with HR metrics and dashboards to support reporting and insights.

- Proactive, collaborative, resourceful and detail‑oriented, with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving, process improvement and people‑centric strategy. xhfqzwm
