Les Roches, a world-leading institution in hospitality management education, is seeking a passionate and experienced Finance Lecturer to join our Academic team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures in Finance-related subjects to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
Develop, prepare, and update course materials in line with academic standards and industry trends.
Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support academic development.
Foster an interactive, innovative, and student-centered learning environment.
Integrate real-world financial cases and current industry practices into teaching activities.
Participate in academic meetings, faculty initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.




Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary academic activities and projects.
Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous teaching or training experience in Finance.
Strong knowledge of areas such as Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Investment Principles, and Managerial Accounting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
Experience in higher education and international environments is highly valued.
Passion for teaching and the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
