Trading 212 is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team in Spain. You will partner with recruiters to translate role requirements into effective sourcing strategies, proactively engage passive candidates, and build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
You will craft compelling outreach, screen candidates, and maintain ATS hygiene while tracking pipeline health. Fluency in English is essential;
other languages are a plus in our multi-market hiring efforts.
