Requirements:
PhD in the relevant field.
ANECA accreditation or equivalent national academic accreditation.
University teaching experience and demonstrated ability for educational innovation.
Proven research track record, including at least one recognized six-year research evaluation period.
Experience in academic leadership roles (e.G., Head of Department, Program Director, or similar positions).
