Description
You will join the multicultural and multidisciplinary IM Integration & Digital Technologies team, which actively contributes to the digitalization of our business and are operating a Workload Automation platform based on the Control-M tool suite. The platform is used to automate business processes across all domains and functions within the company and becoming more and more a critical part of our IM infrastructure.
Your challenges, main tasks & accountabilities?
Platform Operations:
Ensure the proper real-time monitoring and operation of the Control-M production plan, working in close collaboration with related subcontractors.
Workflow Creation: Manage and deliver required change requests, job scheduling, and new feature requests (Build) based on functional specifications.
Incident Management: Act as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting job failures, analyzing logs/Sysout, and performing recovery actions to meet operational SLAs.
Service Lifecycle: Contribute to the product and service strategy by defining scheduling rules, calendars, and optimization through On-Do actions.
Collaboration: Work with the IM Security team to ensure that automation standards and developed solutions meet security constraints and compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a technical focal point for all actors involved in the batch processing ecosystem.

Airbus Control-M CoE
IM Security & Project Managers
Skills
Degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
Control-M Expertise: Strong experience in Workload Automation (V9.X or higher), including Monitoring, Planning, and Configuration.
Technical Background: Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments, with the ability to read/modify Shell, Bash, or PowerShell scripts.
Proactive Attitude: Team player with a "can-do" attitude and experience working in international teams.
Quality Focus: Good understanding of business requirements and a commitment to maintaining production stability.
Communication: English at negotiation level.
Following skills would be a plus:
