Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As a Data Scientist at Roche, you will lead and deploy data-driven solutions that accelerate healthcare innovation. You’ll balance hands-on AI development with strategic content leadership to modernize clinical data and submission assets. You work across cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable insights in a regulated, GxP environment. This role offers hybrid work, with in-office collaboration two days per week, and a chance to contribute to life-changing healthcare outcomes.

Drive medium-sized data science projects that influence key business decisions
Model data and optimize algorithms for large, complex datasets




Contribute to the team's technical roadmap balancing hands-on work with leadership
Develop tools and automation (e.G., debugging assistants) to streamline clinical programming
Responsabilidades Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, and end-to-end deployment
Advanced Python and R programming skills;
familiarity with SAS preferred
Hands-on experience with generative AI and multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS AgentCore, MCP servers)
Strong knowledge of LLMOps and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods
Experience in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and data visualization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical partners
