As General Manager for our Surgical Vision division in Spain & Portugal, you will lead the commercial operations and shape the future of surgical vision business. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the overall commercial operations and performance of the Surgical Vision business in Iberia Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive profitable growth and exceed sales and profit targets Develop and lead a team that shares a strong purpose to advance the standard of care for patients, consistently demonstrating customer centricity, strong work ethics, and promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity that fosters innovation and excellence Build and nurture strong connections with various external and internal stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders, health care professionals, cross‑functional local and regional partners Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to determine business opportunities and make informed decisions about strategic priorities and go‑to‑market model Drive operational efficiency and cost effectiveness through continuous process improvement initiatives Requirements Master’s degree required;
disciplines related to Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Business Administration, or other relevant fields are preferred Proven track record of executive leadership in the healthcare industry,



with strong preference for the surgical or medical device sector Experience in ophthalmology is a plus Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze and implement successful business strategies Strong communication and people leadership skills, able to establish and nurture relationships with a wide range of individuals Demonstrated drive and proactive approach, with a proven ability to excel in a highly competitive market Strong leader capable of balancing commercial execution, strategic growth, and evolution of the operating model Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken;
