Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and implement marketing automation and martech solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will work with cross-functional teams to map customer journeys, architect cloud-based marketing infrastructure, and ensure effective activation of automated communications.

You’ll analyze implementations, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement of marketing programs.

This position sits at the intersection of technology, data, and customer experience, contributing to Omega CRM’s mission of delivering customer-centric CX with AI-enhanced capabilities.

• Decide which processes should be executed in the cloud for marketing automation
• Determine assets and organization of automations for cloud implementation
• Provide functional consulting to ensure smooth automated processes
• Implement automated communications to meet customer needs across touchpoints
• Adopt latest marketing technology solutions and advancements
• Conduct test trials, diagnose errors, and resolve martech issues
• Document processes and track system performance metrics

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience creating campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of Ampscript is a plus
• Experience in database management, preferably in a similar role
• Knowledge of automation software and performance evaluation
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• Knowledge to manage marketing projects
• Advanced level of English; additional language is desirable
