HR Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and hard-to-fill positions across Europe and the US.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines and provide market intelligence on talent trends and competitor landscapes.
- Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and reward frameworks, including fixed and variable pay, short-term and long-term incentive plans (STIP/LTIP).
- Contribute to performance and KPI processes, ensuring alignment between performance outcomes, rewards and business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders on key HR topics, including organizational development, performance management and workforce planning.

Your Profile

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or a related field.




- Strong understanding of compensation structures, rewards programs and performance management practices.
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search and/or strategic HR roles.
- Experience in Energy, Data Centers, Infrastructure or other technical industries is highly valued.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in English.
