BLP HOLDINGS LIMITED by ATENÈE (HR filial) is seeking a Integral Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our international growth across Europe, the United States, and emerging markets. This is a fully remote position, ideal for a professional with a strong background in international recruitment and a refined approach to talent identification.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and stakeholder alignment to offer negotiation, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You will also contribute to talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives across the group.

The role reports directly to the Chief of HR, working closely with senior leadership across multiple regions.

Profile




Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in international environments. Fluent English (C2) is required; Spanish or Italian are a strong plus. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.
