Do you enjoy the challenge of selling to business customers and want to try out a job in account management in a modern environment based in a brand‑new office in Barcelona city centre?

Responsibilities

-

- Call independent retail outlets (e.g. toy stores, hobby stores & book stores) every week to ensure they have the right range in stock.

- Advise them on what products they need to order to suit their business needs so they can maximize all sales opportunities.

- Develop a relationship of trust with your customers.

- Perform stock checks and ensure customers reorder stock that has been sold.

- Inform them of new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales.

- Seek ways to grow the number of customers committed to our stockist program and ensure a long‑term beneficial trading relationship.

- Manage your time effectively to make sure every customer is called on schedule.

Qualifications

- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues.





- Excellent customer service and time‑management skills.

- Ability to multi‑task with high organisational skills.

- Ability to influence existing clients and grow sales.

Language & Licensing Requirements

-

- Speak German and English fluently.

- Have a fluent business level in one of the following languages: French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Portuguese or Danish.

- Hold a current driver’s license.

Working Hours

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 (depending on your territory).

Location

Full‑time office based job: you will be required to work from our office in Barcelona city center.
