In this role you will partner with Clinical Operations and Clinical Development to design AI and analytics solutions that simplify clinical trial processes and improve decision-making. You’ll frame problems quantitatively, run experiments, and apply rigorous statistics and ML methods to translate data into trustworthy clinical insights. You will own model evaluation, validation, and real-world evidence, and work with engineering to deploy validated approaches. The role offers growth into leadership and shaping methodological standards within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years in data science or applied ML with modeling, experimentation, and validation focus
• Strong Python with NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy, statsmodels, Optuna, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design including hypothesis testing, xqbhyrx causal inference, uncertainty quantification
• Rigorous model evaluation and validation including bias, data leakage, generalization
• Experience designing/analyzing experiments and A/B tests, including confounding/limited data
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLMs – APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, evaluating outputs
• SQL for querying large datasets
• Experience with clinical, health, or regulated real-world data
• Excellent communication across technical, non-technical, and clinical audiences
• Proven ability to translate clinical problems into analytical solutions and build trust
• Independent mindset with innovative approach
