As an Industry Technical Consultant, you will troubleshoot complex client issues in cooling, pre-treatment, and reclaim applications, train technical audiences, and identify efficiency opportunities. You’ll support sales teams, research market applications, and help implement innovative technologies. The role is remote across Europe, with substantial travel, emphasizing value delivery through chemistry, automation, digital tools, and engineered solutions to client operations.

• Collaborate with field sales and corporate accounts to pursue technical sales opportunities
• Understand client technology needs and recommend suitable solutions with training and support
• Deliver expert system optimization and problem solving in challenging environments
• Demonstrate total value of our solutions (chemistry, automation, digital, equipment)
• Lead root-cause analysis to resolve application or best-practice issues at customer sites
• Assess water treatment programs and quantify operational efficiency improvements in reports
• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Marketing on innovation projects from ideation to launch
• Lead innovation pilot applications, technical trials, and market trials
• Provide training to associates and customers to develop proficiency
• Coach colleagues on processes, applications, technologies, and value documentation
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience (technical implementation, xqbhyrx production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support)
• Strong knowledge of water and pre-treatment solutions
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to travel throughout Europe
• Experience with complex chemistry, automation, digital, equipment, and engineered solutions
