You will lead a critical function at the intersection of business, technology, and client engagement, directly contributing to how we grow and compete in the market.

Responsibilities

- Lead a high-performing presales organization, including Solution Architects, Presales Consultants, and QA & Process teams

- Ensure our proposals stand out through technical excellence, consistency, and differentiation

- Drive the evolution of the team towards high-value solutioning, innovation, and customer impact

- Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing/GTM, and Partners to build winning strategies





- Continuously improve processes through automation, industrialization, and AI-driven practices

What We’re Looking For

-

- 10+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or cybersecurity services/consulting xqbhyrx

- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams

- Strong background in complex bid management (RFP/RFI) and high-volume environments

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (SOC, MSS, consulting, cloud, OT, etc.)

- Ability to balance business objectives, technical rigor, and customer value

- Strong decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
