Portuguese-speaking Customer Service & Reservations Advisors

What You’ll Do • Handle inbound reservation calls in Portuguese • Assist customers with bookings and inquiries • Deliver outstanding customer service • Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience What We’re Looking For • Full professional fluency in

Portuguese • Advanced English • Advanced Spanish • Customer-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills • Previous customer service experience is a plus (not essential) We’re especially interested in candidates comfortable supporting customers from the Portuguese market and familiar with its language and communication style.
