As Senior General Training Manager, you will lead the design and rollout of collection and product trainings across the brand, ensuring consistency with LOEWE standards. You collaborate with central Merchandising and Product teams to translate strategies into impactful learning materials and experiences. You will drive adoption of styling and clienteling skills while aligning training with KPI-driven business priorities. This role sits in the global Retail Academy and offers exposure to cross-functional, international teams in a fast-moving luxury environment. You will shape how frontline teams embody LOEWE’s craft and culture in stores worldwide.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Partner with central Merchandising and Product teams to design and implement collection trainings with styling content
• Synthesize digital versions of trainings in collaboration with the Digital project manager
• Identify retail training needs and develop materials to address them




• Support and monitor execution of expertise trainings and local sessions where feasible
• Accelerate styling and clienteling skill development across contents
• Support training strategies to improve KPI sell-through and business priorities
• Train the trainer each season
• Support launch of new fundamental training in zones and during casa openings
• Organise and follow up on showroom photo shoots each season
• Animate product and collection communities
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years in a similar international role
• Advanced English required; Spanish xqbhyrx and French are a bonus
• Proven experience in design and delivery of training (in-class and online)
• Knowledge of innovative learning methods
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and agility
• Strong retail and sales staff mindset
• Passion for fashion, retail, lifestyle, art, design and craft
• Ability to travel
• Proactiveness and autonomy
