As the PSP Advisor for Rare Diseases, you will design and govern global patient support programs that improve access, outcomes, and patient experience. You will build and manage a worldwide PSP framework, enable local implementation, and ensure compliant, high-impact solutions in partnership with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams. You will drive digital tools, data-enabled monitoring, and external stakeholder engagement to demonstrate value through patient outcomes and adherence. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing patient-centric care at scale within a global pharmaceutical environment.

• Define and design PSPs aligned with patient access and outcome goals
• Establish general PSP framework, operating model, and governance across countries
• Demonstrate PSP value via clinical and patient outcomes and experience
• Support evidence generation (RWE) linked to PSPs
• Ensure global SOP compliance and governance
• Serve as single point of contact for local PSP teams
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Digital teams
• Drive digitalization of PSPs and implement tools for monitoring and engagement
• Collaborate with Digital/Data teams for real-time tracking and analytics
• Engage patient organizations and healthcare professionals
• Define a global PSP measurement framework with KPIs, data collection, and reporting cadence
• Implement global dashboards and performance tracking across markets
• Generate PSP-driven insights to inform Medical, Access and Commercial strategies
• Ensure data quality, consistency and comparability across countries
• Build market capabilities in PSP design, measurement, and data-driven decision making
• Upskill xqbhyrx local teams on KPI tracking and data interpretation and performance optimization
Responsabilidades
• 8–10+ years in Medical Affairs or PSPs
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field
• Experience in rare diseases or specialty care
• Global or regional role exposure
• Experience building PSPs across markets
