In this role you will lead the design and development of AI-enabled data products for clients, partnering with a integral network of technologists to transform businesses through analytics and AI. You will build scalable data pipelines, develop software and AI models, and mentor client teams to adopt engineering best practices and Agile ways of working. You’ll shape engineering culture, drive cross-functional problem solving, and contribute to Ru0026amp;D and internal asset creation. This is a high-impact role at a firm that values learning, ethics, and diverse perspectives.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 6+ years of professional experience in building and deploying data solutions and software products
• Strong Python skills; Scala or Java a plus
• Experience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Spark or Dask; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, Kedro, Dask/RAPIDS; Docker/Kubernetes; cloud services
• Exposure to DevOps/DataOps/MLOps xqbhyrx concepts and best practices
• Experience with GenAI or agentic systems a plus; RAG systems experience welcome
• Experience with AI modeling frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn) and Responsible AI practices
• Strong collaboration with developers and non-technical stakeholders; Agile experience
• Excellent time management and communication skills in English
