You will own and accelerate the marketplace channel within Waters' Analytical Sciences Division, driving revenue and reach through partner-led strategies. In this role you collaborate across teams to translate data into actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment. You will shape marketplace governance, partner engagement, and regional growth to strengthen Waters' competitive position. This opportunity lets you influence digital revenue strategy at scale and work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver results. • Develop and execute a marketplace business plan aligned with corporate strategy and translate objectives into partner-level priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage marketplace operations end to end (order to cash, fulfillment, customer satisfaction).




• Identify performance risks and growth opportunities; implement actions to sustain revenue and new customer engagement.
• Own marketplace strategy across multiple partners and regions; align with commercial objectives and growth targets.

• Maintain senior-level marketplace partner relationships.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 8-12+ years in digital commerce, marketplaces, or channel management
• Proven experience balancing growth, margin, and channel conflict
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience operating in global or multi-division environments preferred
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
