As a Product Engineer in Factorial’s AI-driven Talent Domain, you will help design and scale AI-powered features that support recruitment, performance, engagement, and training. You will own the end-to-end loop from hypothesis to deployment, measuring impact and iterating on reliability and user experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM-driven capabilities into a scalable, cloud-native platform. This role offers the chance to shape how managers develop their people through probabilistic, agentic workflows. You’ll join a mission-driven team building AI-powered tools that actually work for thousands of companies.

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in software engineering
• Experience shipping AI-powered features
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical audiences
• Comfort with Ruby on Rails xqbhyrx u0026 React and integrating AI into scalable systems
• Understanding of agentic workflows, LLM architecture tradeoffs, and RAG patterns
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Willingness to own end-to-end outcomes from build to deployment and measurement
