In this role you enable the Sector Initiatives program by partnering with Program Managers and turning EcoVadis data into actionable sustainability insights. You’ll standardize member delivery, coordinate customer-facing materials, and bridge internal teams to resolve challenges. You will leverage data and AI tools to boost efficiency and client impact. This is a growth path toward a Program Manager role, shaping the SI journey and value for members.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Serve as central support for SI Program Managers to respond to customer requests and scale initiatives
• Lead value standardization across the SI member journey, including onboarding and milestone management
• Prepare and coordinate meetings and deliverables, including benchmarks and topic deep-dives
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between customers, PMs and internal teams
• Generate clear, actionable sustainability narratives from EcoVadis data and dashboards
• Develop deep understanding of data structures to extract trends and relevant insights for customer interactions
• Ensure high data accuracy and relevance across all deliverables




• Identify opportunities to automate and improve content using AI tools
• Share best practices for AI adoption to boost team agility
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in customer support, customer success, or account management in a fast-paced SaaS or sustainability environment
• Strong data analytics and ability to summarize datasets into stories for non-technical audiences
• Experience navigating Salesforce and Tableau to pull reporting data and track milestones
• Proficiency with Google Suite and project management tools; interest in applying AI to improve delivery
• Excellent written and verbal xqbhyrx communication; ability to align with stakeholders, teams and customers
• Formal education or strong foundation in Sustainability, Business, or Supply Chain is preferred
• Ownership mindset to deliver high-quality outputs and manage multiple requests
• Structured thinking and prioritization in a dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork with internal partners and PMs
