As Principal Manager in CIB AML Compliance, you will advise business units on regulatory AML/CFT requirements and sanctions. You will help design and refine processes to mitigate compliance risks and support onboarding and ongoing reviews for correspondent banking relationships. You’ll collaborate with risk, control, and business teams to strengthen financial crime risk management. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping compliance capabilities in a general bank with a strong track record in financial services.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide AML and compliance advisory support to CIB business units to ensure regulatory alignment
• Participate in projects to develop or adapt processes that mitigate compliance, conduct risk, and AML/CFT risks
• Address supervisor requirements and assist with external/internal audits
• Advise CIB Spain areas on AML/CFT, sanctions,



and correspondent banking matters
• Monitor and advise on AML monitoring and sanctions screening within the FCP CIB department
• Contribute to onboarding and periodic review validations for correspondent banking relationships and CIB clients
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years in the financial sector, with 5–6 years in relevant duties
• Knowledge xqbhyrx of EU AML package, AMLA, MiCA, Travel Rule, FATF, and international sanctions regimes
• Experience conducting AML/Financial Crime Risk Assessments
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Understanding of CIB activities and how money laundering and sanctions risk apply
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines
• Strong management, communication, and teamwork skills
