We're looking for a Localization Supply Chain Business Partner to connect our production teams with top Life Science and Medical Device localization suppliers, driving quality and creativity in every project. In this role your will be the go-to person for supplier partnerships and innovation, lead recruitment drives and build a world-class supplier network, collaborate across teams to deliver seamless localization solutions, monitor, analyze, and optimize supplier performance for impactful results.
Serves as the liaison between our production teams and localization suppliers with guidance from more senior team members. They are responsible for recruiting, qualifying, and onboarding new language suppliers,
ensuring alignment with production requirements and quality standards. This role focuses on managing relationships with language suppliers and ensuring they meet project goals and that all suppliers are sourced in accordance with our localization supplier qualification process. xqbhyrx
Manage targeted recruitment drives for specific locales and/or regulated verticals in collaboration with Account teams and Supply Chain Managers
Identify suppliers who meet compliance and quality requirements; Work closely with other departments to meet account, departmental, and company supply chain needs
Monitor vendor performance and quality on a company-wide level, implementing corrective actions where necessary
Evaluate and maintain data integrity of supplier databases, records, templates, instructions, training materials, and procedures
Monitor supplier performance and report regularly for all accounts
Complete all assigned compliance-related tasks (training completion, document reviews, complaint handling) in a timely manner
Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 17100, and GDPR compliance principles an advantage
~ Ideally 1+ years' experience with Life Science and/or Medical Device accounts
~ Strong project management and communication skills
~ Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in English and one additional language
