¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Develop and implement strategies for digital workplace transformation to enhance technology services support the business and employees.
- Oversee and improve the selection, deployment, and optimization of workplace technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital workplace initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for workplace technologies.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on trends and innovations in digital workplace solutions.




- Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-impact results in the technology department.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
The candidate should have:
- A strong background in technology management and digital workplace solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience in implementing employee-centric technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
- A commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Very fluent in English, written and spoken. Will be used daily with international colleagues, stakeholders and vendors.
