In this role you drive clinical trial delivery and oversight within ICON, coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure high-quality outcomes. You mentor CRAs, manage trial start-up and enrollment, and safeguard study integrity while fostering strong relationships with sponsors and vendors. You operate in a general context, solving complex problems and scaling operations to support faster patient access to new medicines. • Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates to improve performance
• Lead study start-up and enrollment, adhering to timelines
• Review trip reports and implement CAPAs to improve study integrity

and cross-functional teams
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of clinical trial management experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical organization
• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
• At least 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management
• Preferred: 2+ years of monitoring experience
• Experience in managing complex or global trials is advantageous
• Experience in managing all trial components from xqbhyrx start-up to database lock is preferred
• Experience in coaching/mentoring CTMs and leading a team of CTMs
• Willingness to travel ~25%
