As Partner Development Manager for the Spanish Market, you will be the key link between Factorial's strategic partners and internal teams, activating networks and building a scalable lead-generation engine within our partner ecosystem. You will define growth and activation objectives by partner, tailor strategies to partner maturity, and drive cross-functional collaboration with the SDR team. This role places you at the center of high-value partnerships that expand our market reach. Bring strategic thinking, data-driven decisions, and a collaborative mindset to shape our channel growth.

• Define growth, activation, and pipeline objectives per partner and business unit
• Serve as the primary connection between partners and Factorial
• Adapt commercial strategies to each partner's maturity and structure
• Increase the number of active commercial profiles within each partner




• Collaborate with Factorial's SDR team to co-activate target segments
• Ensure partners have the knowledge and tools to generate quality leads
• Lead periodic business reviews with strategic partners
Responsabilidades
• Native Spanish speaker with at least B1 English
• Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Sales; SaaS or digital environments a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships xqbhyrx
• Strategic thinker with autonomous execution
• Data-driven with ability to analyze performance and identify patterns
• Excellent communicator capable of engaging C-level and frontline teams
• Detail-oriented, accountable, self-motivated, growth-oriented
