As Senior ERP Solution Consultant, you lead complex ERP product teams and shape strategy to drive value across product lines. You’ll influence enterprise-wide decisions, mentor teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to align technology with business goals. This is a role for an experienced leader who guides ERP roadmaps, solves cross-product challenges, and helps scale our transformation in healthcare. You will work in a cross-functional setting to deliver meaningful outcomes and mentor others along the way.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead internal and external teams across diverse, complex ERP products
• Shape agile backlogs, timelines, and product roadmaps across squads
• Design and document end-to-end solutions meeting priorities and standards
• Research and pilot new technologies to evolve the product roadmap
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on technologies used by product teams
• Make high-impact decisions affecting processes, programs, and product lines
• Engage with senior leaders and global stakeholders to communicate solutions
• Foster collaboration and mentoring across Informatics and business teams
• Scope prioritization, planning, and reporting at enterprise level
• Act as Product Owner for large products and support talent acquisition and capability development
Responsabilidades
• Demonstrated experience leading complex ERP product teams
• Proven track record as Product Owner in large products and enterprise reporting
• Experience contributing to talent acquisition and capability xqbhyrx development, including mentoring
• ERP domain knowledge and architecture practices (especially OMP)
• Experience with OMP configuration and OPAL language
• Deep expertise in business analysis/consultancy capabilities
• Strong ability to design solutions and maintain technology roadmaps
• Scheduling, planning, and forecasting experience preferred
• Experience with SAP modules (ECC or S4) is a strong plus
• Experience leveraging AI in ERP/planning use cases is a strong plus
