Senior Manager, Employee Benefits at Salesforce leads the EMEA Benefits Design and Strategy efforts within Global Rewards. You will shape and optimize regional benefit programs to attract, retain, and support employees, aligning with integral strategy and local regulations. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to drive program performance, negotiate with vendors, and oversee renewals and new initiatives. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams, Mu0026amp;A integrations, and data-driven recommendations that elevate employee value. You will help Salesforce attract top talent and reinforce a culture of well-being and strategic thinking.

• Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and vendors to negotiate rates and ensure compliance
• Design and implement new benefit programs to enhance employee experience and market competitiveness




• Drive integration of new programs with HR and Payroll systems and ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to inform cost optimization and offerings
• Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders and HRBPs, providing data-driven insights
• Support Mu0026A integrations by harmonizing benefits and mitigating risks
• Serve as escalation point for high-impact benefits inquiries and improve processes
Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years of experience in Rewards/Benefits with a focus on EMEA
• Proven leadership in xqbhyrx benefits strategy and vendor management
• Experience leading complex benefits projects and regional/global initiatives
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret benchmarking data, claims trends, and cost modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse audiences
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
