In this role you will be the operational backbone for responsible AI and data management within the AI u0026amp; Data Center of Excellence. You will build and run governance structures that foster trust, transparency, and accountability across the data lifecycle. You’ll partner with Solutions Architects and Transformation Leads to embed compliance guardrails into technical patterns and data culture. This is a chance to shape governance frameworks and drive regulatory compliance at enterprise scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and maintain the AI Risk Registry and classify AI systems by risk tier (EU AI Act alignment)
• Define approval workflows, documentation, and lifecycle checkpoints for AI initiatives
• Monitor model performance for drift, fairness, and compliance post-deployment
• Serve as primary point of contact for AI-related regulatory inquiries and audits
• Conduct AI ethics and bias assessments with technical teams
• Operationalize the Data Governance Council with agenda setting and stakeholder coordination
• Define CDE definitions, ownership, and quality baselines
• Support MDM pilot initiatives with governance frameworks and data stewardship models




• Define governance requirements for metadata, cataloging, and data quality tooling; partner with Data Engineering/IT on platform ownership
• Establish data retention, archival, and disposal policies aligned with GDPR and compliance standards
• Collaborate with IT and Security on data access controls, encryption, and audit trails
• Draft, review, and maintain AI and Data policies, standards, and procedures for regulatory compliance
• Conduct compliance gap assessments and remediation plans
• Provide governance training and maintain a governance knowledge base
• Partner with AI Solutions Architect to validate xqbhyrx designs meet governance requirements
• Collaborate with Legal and Information Security to ensure alignment on risk and regulatory obligations
• Engage with external auditors and regulators as a governance SME
• Achieve governance frameworks adoption, audit-ready evidence, reduced delivery friction, and data quality improvements
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Data Management, Data Governance, or Information Risk roles
• proven ability to operationalize enterprise-wide governance frameworks
• strong translation of regulations into actionable policies
