In this role, you will lead the benefits strategy for the EMEA region within Salesforce’s Global Rewards team, shaping competitive programs that attract and retain talent. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to design, scale, and optimize offerings while ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll manage annual renewals, pilot new programs, and align initiatives with Total Rewards and broader business goals. This is a strategic, data-driven role at a company transforming workforce experiences through AI and innovation.

• Own and drive benefits strategy across EMEA South aligned with business goals and market trends
• Lead end-to-end renewal processes for core programs (healthcare, retirement, life u0026 disability, wellbeing)
• Design and implement new benefit initiatives to boost employee experience and competitiveness
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, brokers, insurers, and vendors to ensure compliance and service quality
• Integrate new programs with HR/Payroll systems and maintain operational efficiency




• Conduct market benchmarking and analyze data to inform cost, value, and satisfaction decisions
• Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders and HRBPs with data-driven insights on costs and expectations
• Support Mu0026A integrations by harmonizing benefits and managing transition risks
• Serve as escalation point for complex benefits inquiries and drive process improvements
• Provide governance and cross-functional alignment with Total Rewards and Talent strategies
Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years in Rewards/Benefits with strong focus on EMEA
• Hands-on xqbhyrx experience designing, implementing, and managing multi-country benefits
• Proven leadership in benefits strategy and vendor/broker management
• Track record leading complex projects and regional/integral initiatives
• Exceptional project management and ability to handle multiple initiatives
• Strong analytical skills including benchmarking, claims trends, and cost modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for diverse audiences
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
